We will be in the computer lab a majority of the time this week to get your personal wiki up to date. Please note that your own wiki space must be updated by no later than October 23. (This is worth 700 points)
1. Read Jack Kerouac, "On The Road." (Pages 8- 10) Annotate and Abstract in comp book
2. Using the five paragraph essay format, write a well developed essay explaining your own personal writing process from start to finish.
3. Your Own Wikispace- Create a home page that tells others about yourself. You want to make sure that your home page is appealing to your viewer. I would include a scanned picture of your quilt block, a well written paragraph about your self and your interests, and any other information someone may want to know about yourself. (100 points) Also you will need to create a new page for each of the following writing assignments. a. Memorable Experience Essay (100 points)
b. Remember The Titans Plot diagram Essay (100 points) c. Choose best of show from the 5 descriptive journals and add it to the wiki. (100 points)
d. Discussion board post for week 8: (100 points) e. Your Personal Writing Process Essay (100 points) f. What have you learned First Quarter? (This is a five paragraph essay, 3-5 pages) Please go in depth explaining the three main ideas that you have chosen to discuss.) (100 points)
4. Composition Books will be checked next week. Make sure you have everything!
